Charlotte Steed MBAcC, LicAc, BSc (Hons), BA (Hons), DipNut is founder of The London Acupuncture Space which has reputable acupuncture clinics in Canary Wharf and Blackheath, South East London.
She is a fertility and obstetrics acupuncturist at the reknowned Zita West Fertility Clinic in Canary Wharf. Prior to a career change, she led a successful consultancy career with an Investment Bank in London for seven years before running her own business.
Having undergone four years extensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western biomedical sciences, Charlotte is an insured and registered Member of the British Acupuncture Council, the professional body maintaining standards of education, ethics, and safe practice.
Charlotte Steed is insured to prescribe some Chinese herbal remedies, that are approved by the UK Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine.
She has undergone post-graduate Fertility Acupuncture and Obstetrics Acupuncture training at the Royal College of Physicians in London and has researched the role of acupuncture in the treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility and written articles for The National Endometriosis Society.
Charlotte Steed works with midwives, and runs fertility and pregnancy acupuncture workshops in Canary Wharf and London. She is also a member of the Acupuncture Network Fertility and Pregnancy Forum and a working group to set up a London Acupuncture and Childbirth team, called ACT London. The aim of this team is to provide specialist obstetrics acupuncture care to pregnant women in London.
